We offer extended hang times to customers who prefer more than the typical 10 days. Custom labels are available to any producer who wishes their products to stand out above the rest.
We also offer our customers a print out for each cut up that shows the total count of every individual cut and burger packages along with the total respective weights for each. Producers find this report very helpful for inventory and pricing.
Butcher dates are available now. And we try to always keep them available. We understand that it’s very difficult to plan months out for butchering, so we do our best work with you in finding the ideal time for an appointment. We’ve been able to do that 90% of the time in the past and hopefully in the future as well. But don’t wait, call ahead and get something tentatively scheduled.
